Opened in 1976, and administered by the Mangakahia Sportsground Society, the facilities include a large Community building with two squash courts, two rugby fields, a football field, playground with basketball hoop and a walking loop.

The Complex facilities are available for hire for your next function (all celebrations including birthdays, weddings, funerals, meetings and workshops) and these include two reception lounges, both with kitchens, as well as a multi-use hall/gymnasium with kitchenette. The upstairs lounge has a fully licensed bar.

Why not join in to Children’s dance classes, Yoga, Bootcamp fitness and a Social Club are run weekly. 

Many other local organisations including schools use the Complex as a venue for sports, fitness and community events.
