Welcome to the Mangakahia Community & Sports Complex
The Mangakahia Sports Complex is a community facility located on the Corner of Kerehunga and Mangakahia Roads, Poroti
Opened in 1976, and administered by the Mangakahia Sportsground Society, the facilities include a large Community building with two squash courts, two rugby fields and a soccer field.
The Complex facilities are avaliable for hire and these include two reception lounges, both with kitchens. The upper lounge has a fully licenced bar.
The Complex is also home to Group Fitness, Squash, Rugby, and Junior Soccer Clubs, as well as Mangakahia Lions Club and Mangakahia Gardening Club. Other organisations use the Complex as a venue for sports, fitness and community events.
During the summer months Road Cycling is held every 2 weeks.
